The 4C Framework presented at Bradford University
The African Parent's 4C Framework was presented at Bradford University as part of discussions on inclusion and diversity.
Developed through direct work with families navigating SEND, exclusions, complaints and school concerns, the framework provides a structured approach to identifying where concerns become disconnected from action and why trust often breaks down before formal escalation occurs.
The framework continues to be refined through school pilots, parent feedback and ongoing research into communication, understanding and psychological safety within education settings.
