Founding cohort·Limited to five schools
A reduced-rate pilot for schools willing to help shape the model, share feedback, and participate in the impact review.
The African Parent is inviting a small number of schools to join the founding cohort of its Parent Partnership and Inclusion Pilot. This cohort will help shape the model, contribute to the evidence base, and receive the full programme at a substantially reduced rate.
Pilot schools work directly with Anne-Rose. The scope is fixed. The timeline is clear. The output is written.
A structured assessment of current parent engagement, communication practices, and exclusion data. We identify where the breakdown is happening and what is driving it. Delivered within the first two weeks.
A focused session with school leadership to review diagnostic findings, clarify priorities, and agree the scope of work for the remainder of the pilot.
A half-day session built around the 4C Framework. Not a lecture. A practical session that changes what staff do in the next meeting with a family from an underrepresented community. Up to 15 staff. In person.
A facilitated session with families from underrepresented communities at your school. Not a focus group. A structured conversation that produces documented insight. Families are recruited through the school with our support.
A written report covering what we found, what it means, and what to do about it. Named actions, defined responsibility, agreed timelines. This is the document you take to your leadership team and governors.
At the close of the pilot, a written summary of what changed. Data reviewed against baseline. Suitable for Ofsted evidence, governor reporting, or local authority submission.
Schools that are a good fit for the pilot share at least one of the following:
Pilot pricing
£750
Founding Cohort Rate
Full Programme Value: £3,500
The founding cohort rate is available to the first five schools participating in the Parent Partnership and Inclusion Pilot. This reduced rate reflects a shared development approach: pilot schools receive the full programme at a significantly reduced cost in exchange for structured feedback, participation in the impact review, and permission for anonymised learning to be used to strengthen the model and future school resources.
Five places available. If your school matches the criteria above, register interest and we will confirm fit, scope, and timing with you directly.
